Kushboo Gupta, a dietitian and mindful eating coach, took to her Instagram account to share a video of the sandwich. She said since it was an early morning flight, she opted for a vegetarian sandwich, which was chargeable, while booking her flight. She said she just took one bite and noticed a worm crawling on the bread. Gupta said she informed the flight attendant so she could at least make other passengers aware of the contamination and avoid eating the sandwich or be careful while consuming it. However, she said the flight attendant did not take her complaint seriously and continued serving the sandwiches to other passengers.
